Install

The Studfix Clamp was specifically designed to replace corroded, rusted or broken exhaust manifold studs on Ford trucks as well as some other vehicles. The clamp slides over your truck’s manifold ear and reattaches your down-pipe and flange to the exhaust manifold, fixing the exhaust leak.

It is a part that should be in any exhaust or transmission shop’s box of go-to solutions for broken exhaust manifold studs. Even if you are a DIY mechanic, the simplicity and inexpensive nature of this product make it ideal for anyone who is looking to replace broken exhaust manifold studs on their Ford car or light truck.

See below for Installation Instructions or our Compatibility Page to see if our clamp will fit your vehicle.
